Steering committee

The Civic Place Steering Committee consists of all Councillors.

A separate Evaluation Committee reporting to the Steering Committee has been established for the assessment of tenders. Fourteen working groups comprising stakeholders, relevant consultants and staff covering major project areas report to the Project Director. A probity auditor has been appointed and reports directly to the Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee meets monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month and the meeting is open to the public. Agenda and minutes of meetings can be viewed online at: www.willoughby.nsw.gov.au/bps/
