Project management structure
The delivery of the project is supported by a management structure modelled on the recommended regulatory requirements and guidelines of the review of Liverpool City Council by Professor Maurice Daly. Although the new Civic Place is not intended to be delivered via a Public Private Partnership, the recommended governance principles offer a sound management structure, readily applicable to the Civic Place project.
