Lantern

The concept of a sculptural form above the library in the upper level of open space has been explored and debated over the life of the project.

Currently the design of the external finishes of the lantern remains to be resolved. In the meantime its functional purpose is to house the passenger lift from the lower levels to the upper level of open space.
